We want to make the switching of broadband providers as easy and convenient for the user as possible. That is why we have started a campaign to get broadband providers to let customers apply and get their MAC (Migration Authority Codes) online instead of having to call up for them like is currently the case.

The campaign is just starting and we will be contacting all the UK broadband providers to invite them to start offering MAC codes to customer online. Those who respect their customers decision of freedom of choice and are willing to add an online MAC request service will be featured on this site for everyone to see.
