NTL and Telewest completed the combination of the two companies on March 3rd 2006.
The company will now operate under the name "NTL Incorporated".
This merger of companies has now created the largest provider of residential broadband in the UK and also the leading provider of triple play services in the UK too.
NTL Incorporated is now able to serve 50% of UK homes and also 85% of UK Businesses.
