Pipex are set to close their Bulldog call centres in the UK amid increasing problems for the struggling ISP according to The Register.
Pipex Statement :
Pipex has no plans to reduce the level of support for customers with a Bulldog service nor has it any plans to change the way that the customer can contact the support teams
This is likely to mean that the Pipex & Bulldog call centres will be merged.
