Bulldog call centers to be closed by Pipex

Pipex are set to close their Bulldog call centres in the UK amid increasing problems for the struggling ISP according to The Register.

Pipex Statement : Pipex has no plans to reduce the level of support for customers with a Bulldog service nor has it any plans to change the way that the customer can contact the support teams

This is likely to mean that the Pipex & Bulldog call centres will be merged.
