Euro1net have today issued their latest update regarding the issues that over 5000 of their customers have had their broadband disconnected due to Euro1net not paying BT Wholesale.
"Dear Customer,
This is just an update to inform you we are still working to resolve the current connection issues which are affecting a large number of our customers.
Advice is still being sought from legal council on the dispute between Euro1Net and BT and a meeting is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 30th August, after which time a clear view for a way forward regarding service and or refunds will be available.
We will look to make a further statement on this matter on or shortly after Thursday 31st August.
Again we can only apologise to all the affected customers and assure you of our best endeavours to bring this situation to a satisfactory conclusion as swiftly as possible."
Unfortunately for those customers affected it looks like it is going to be at least another week before any more news on the matter is available.
