BT launch cheapest UK home and mobile broadband deal

BT have launched a home broadband and mobile broadband package that will work out at 56p per day
BT Broadband have launched what they say is the most affordable UK home and mobile broadband package.
For just £15.65 per month users can receive up to 8Mb wireless broadband at home and via Vodafone’s HSDPA network a mobile broadband speed of up to 7.2Mb which is claimed covers 80% of the UK and will give users up to 1Gb monthly usage.
Customers will need to sign up to an 18 month contract with BT Broadbandand will cost £308.08 for the 18 months which includes the cost of paying £49.99 for the USB modem for the mobile broadband.
BT have compared their deal to their rivals for the same deal which with Orange would cost £528.48 and with Virgin Media it would cost £435.
John Petter, managing director of BT’s Consumer division: This is an absolutely fantastic deal, the most complete home and mobile broadband for only 56p a day is a no-brainer. Now you can use broadband wherever you are without worrying about the cost.
BT helpfully also worked out what users could do with the 1Gb mobile broadband usage per month which is send 300 e-mails, surf the web for 400 minutes, download one film, 48 photos, and 144 songs.
