British Airways offer free Wi-Fi in lounges

31st March 2008

British Airways has signed a 3 year deal with BT Openzone to allow travellers to have wireless broadband access at its 25 airport lounges around the UK.

Travellers will be able to make use of the free Wi-Fi broadband from tomorrow, 1st April (lets hope it's not an early April Fools Joke).

It is not just BA passengers who will have access but also those who are travelling with other Oneworld alliance airlines.

It is usually business class and frequent flyer passengers who have access to these BA lounges that are available, so the "average" flyer may not be able to make use of this yet.
