Around about a third of UK broadband users are not bundling their communication services meaning that they could miss out on savings of up to £230 per year.
A survey done by broadbandchoices.co.uk had 10,000 respondents and found that about 30% of them were not bundling their broadband with any digital TV or telephone services.
29% of those who responded didn’t know if bundles actually saved them money and 12% believed that bundles didn’t save them any money.
Of the 30% who did not have a broadband bundle a huge 60% of these had not changed their broadband provider in the last 4 years meaning that they could be missing out on far superior broadband deals.
The price of bundling broadband with other services such as digital TV and telephone has driven down the cost as the broadband provider fight hard to attract customers, the main broadband providers who offer broadband bundles are BT, Virgin Media, Sky and Tiscali.
