In this case the contract is for 18 months, 'support' is in India (as it appear to be for land lines) and some sort of profiling is still present. The FUP should be fun reading esp. for the 'unlimited' product. I'm currently on a TRULY unlimited line that syncs at 6.5 to 7M. Cannot see any reason to change yet though was initially very excited.
