BT have just installed new cabinet directly underneath and next to our side fence. Making it very easy for thieves to climb the cabinet and jump over our back fence. The cabinet has beed sited about 4 metres away from an old BT cabinet. This new cabinet is protruding into the pavement. Have tried many, many times to contact BT, but they seem to be very illusive, not wanting to contact us about the complaint. How close do these cabinets need to be.
